Capital Markets

Eaton Hall has experience in listing companies on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Eaton Hall provides a complete listing solution, assisting companies with all work required to list or re-list on ASX, including liaising with experts and advising in relation to initial and ongoing regulatory compliance with the requirements set out in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and imposed by ASIC and by the ASX Listing Rules. Eaton Hall also regularly advises on secondary offerings including rights issues, placements and share purchase plans. Eaton Hall also has experience in initial coin offerings (ICOs) and pre-ICOs.
