Eaton Hall was established in Western Australia in 2014.  We provide high quality advice in an accessible manner, whilst providing commercial and cost-effective solutions.  We advise a range of diverse and highly valued clients, from publicly listed companies to privately owned businesses both in Australia and overseas.

Luke Hall

Luke specialises in corporate and commercial law and has experience in capital raising and structuring issues including Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance and governance issues, private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, initial public offerings and back-door listings.

Luke has formerly worked for major mining companies, engineering firms, and contractors in the mining and engineering sector. Prior to his career in the mining and engineering sector, he was employed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) as a lawyer in the area of financial services regulation.

Antony Eaton

Anton specialises in providing advice on all aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions (including private treaty sales and acquisitions of securities and assets, as well as regulated acquisitions), private equity transactions, reconstructions, initial public offerings and back-door listings, other fundraisings and projects and infrastructure (including supply agreements, joint ventures, farm-ins and split-commodity arrangements), with a particular focus on the technology, agribusiness, and energy and resources sectors.

Anton has been recognised in a list of Australia's top 109 lawyers as voted by General Counsel (members of the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Corporate Lawyers Association of New Zealand) and published in The Australian on 1 September 2010.
